JIANGTU New Demolition Grapple has launched Successfully in 2025

The 2025 new demolition grapple has several improvements based on the current design.

1.The overall height is greatly reduced by 220-320mm.

2.The motor is upgraded to a high-pressure motor to provide greater torque with a smaller and lighter weight.

3.The torque of 06 level and above tonnage (more than 10 ton) has been increased to 1.5-3 times of the original.
It can ensure that there is no jamming when swinging to any angle when grabbing heavy objects, and reducing the overall height also greatly improves the excavator’s lifting power.

4.Optimizing the module of brake block valve.
Optimizing the rotation speed from 20-26 r/min to 10-15 r/min, improving the accuracy of rotation control, reducing the inertial impact force to the motor, and extending the service life of the rotating device to 1.5-2 times of the original one.

5.Optimizing the claw shape and increasing the grabbing volume.
Introducing the fence-type claw shape, and optimizing the opening and closing of the device of connecting rod to ensure that the grabbing volume is maximized.

6.Adding the connecting rod protection device to avoid bumping the connecting rod when grabbing hard materials.

7.Optimizing the structural design to make the whole appearance more elegant.
The original connecting rod device inevitably protrudes from the physical structure. And it is now hidden in the blind spot of sight in the new version, which brings visual enjoyment to the operator who pursues aesthetics.

8.Optimizing the open limit structure
This limit structure increases the downward force of the grabbing teeth while avoiding the impact between the cylinder and the piston. This improvement prolongs the service life of the cylinder.

At present, the 2025 new version of demolition grapple has achieved full range of excavator models corresponding to 0.8-52 ton.
